Technical assistance in blasting
The staff of Dynamic Consult International have the authorisations needed for the use of explosives. They do their job in the field with all the requisite equipment (firing equipment, measuring instruments etc.) and assist blasting professionals in delicate operations or those requiring special expertise.

Designing and research

DCI does theoretical or experimental research, chiefly in the field of explosive energy and its effect on the environment.
The studies call for the competencies of engineers employed by the company and the use of computers to simulate all the aspects of the behaviour of the explosives.

Blast plan design
The blast plan is the key element for successful mine blasting. The aim is to design blast plans that can satisfy the technical, business and environmental constraints.

Blasting audit
All industrial processes tend to drift over time, as incorrect practices set in. The know-how of DCI in the field of blasting (which is continuously updated by our ongoing action in the field across the world) enables us to propose effective blasting audits.
These audits are aimed at achieving objective analyses and taking stock of the state of the art and technology and process management in order to give decision-makers all the keys required to make the best decision.

Special blasting operations
Special blasting operations account for a very small part of the global blasting operations. However, the effects of failure are generally considerable and the operation must be designed and performed very carefully. DCI puts its know-how at the service of following or performing such operations.

Surveys
The world of explosives is unfortunately not free of incidents and accidents. DCI is recognised for its expertise in technical surveys of incidents or accidents in order to determine their causes and suggest the best solutions.

Designing of working plans
Quarrying with explosives is part of a complete working process, of which it is the first operation. DCI takes part in determining working plans on the basis of the quality of the deposit, the winning process and the resources used to remove the extracted material, after taking account of the technical, geological, environmental, economic and governmental constraints.



Investigation and exploitation of underground resources
DCI offers a complete range of geophysical investigation methods (non destructive processes) and specialised processing of the measurements (Earth-Explorer software) to have a three-dimensional view of the deposit. DCI can thus offer qualitative and quantitative mapping of formations.

Preparation of applications for governmental permits
The working of mines and quarries and the use of explosives is subject to regulation. DCI can take charge of the measures required to prepare applications for permits on the basis of the regulations, along with the authorities and the operators.
