Description :
Sequential firing (materials, electricity returns, functional principles, safety)
Electronic firing (functional principles, safety rules, example of the DCI system)
Specific regulation
Instrumentation of a firing operation
Description :
1. Before the firing operation : Using the laser profiler, installing seismographs and the detonation speed measurement equipment (VoD), on-site blocometry analysis (WipJoint)
2. During the firing operation: Video acquisition of the firing operation to check the sequence coherence and the quality of the discharge.
3. After the firing operation : analysing the seismic the VoD (verification of the explosive's characteristics), analysing the blocometry (photo-analysis) and the long wall profile (laser profiler)
Fire plan conception
Description :
Typology and presentation of materials (detonators, exploders)
Typology and characteristics of surface firing (mining, clear-cut firing, firing in urban areas, casting…)
Presentation and use of the fire plan software QUALITIR
Field day used to apply one of the fire plans drawn
Fire instrumentation (vibration, VoD…)
Result analysis, especially in terms of blocometry and vibration
Blocometrical analysis
Description :
Learning the basic principles and the working of the software used in measuring blocometry through WIPFRAG© photo-analysis of an image on a fixed station up to on-line processing (on conveyor, for instance).
The training will be based on several practical cases and will result in real and concrete mastery of the software.
This training complements the one-day training offered to WIPFRAG licence-holders and will enable them to widen and accelerate their mastery of the software.
Regulation on mining
Description :
The big set of legal themes to be discussed will mainly be structured around:
The use of explosives
On-site manufacturing
Storage
Transportation of explosives and pyrotechnic devices
The problem of vibrations
Legal bases
RGIE Industrie Extractive
Decree 87-231 of 27/03/87 on the use of explosives in building works,
civil-engineering works and agricultural works.
Vibrations
Description :
Analysis of vibration-problem-related regulations
Recalling the vibration analysis methods (frequency, Fourier transformation…)
Instrumentation utilisation protocol
Instrumentation of a firing operation
Evaluation and analysis of the results of a firing operation
Vibration reduction methods
Pedagogical characteristics
Using Instantel seismograph, QUALITIR 5.1 analysis software,
possibility of analysing the signals brought by the participants
